What is the pay rate of a job at Crowdville? 

Each job will have a different fixed pay, this is the amount you will get once you complete the job. You increase your final pay-out by doing ‘bug finding’, this is an optional additional step to the main job, where you get paid separate amounts for finding faults within the app that you are exploring. Faults could be anything from misspelling, buttons that say one thing but when pressed do something else, links that don’t work or take you to an unexpected page; these are what are known as bugs.
